** Our Vistek Photolab Free Shipping offer applies to orders valued at $49.99 CAD and over and under 10 Lbs, and excludes rural areas ( NT, NU, YK). This is before taxes and shipped within Canada via Expedited Shipping.

IMPORTANT: Delivery service is solely the responsibility of the courier. Vistek will assist with any issues that arise however, we will not be responsible for courier errors, address errors, mis-delivery,delivery delays or lost shipments. Your shipment is not insured by Vistek Ltd. If you wish to pay for Courier Insurance, please contact us at Torontolab@vistek.ca and request a quote.

Production Time

Giglee large format prints are Printed in Toronto, please allow 5 days upon receipt of your file, fine Art prints require 2 days of drying time.

Please note: Service time is dependent on workload and may be longer during peak periods. Call ahead to confirm turnaround if you have a deadline to meet.

To eliminate any problems make sure that you have the latest version of your browser, we highly recommend Chrome or Firefox as better alternatives to Internet Explorer/Edge and Apple Safari.

File Types

We recommend JPEG, please choose Baseline (“Standard”) as the compression format. Do not use Progressive JPEG compression. The preferred colour space is sRGB though we can also accept Adobe RGB (1998). 

Giclee Explained

Giclee (pronounced zhee-clay) is the French word for “to spray” and refers to fine-art and photographic prints created using inkjets on specially treated paper, typically on large-format professional-grade printers to render a high degree of resolution, colour and clarity. It also results in an image with a longer lifespan and is well suited to archival, professional and fine-art photographic applications. To get the best results, we use top-quality Epson papers.
